Grade 6 students sit PEP Ability Test examination today

Over 37,000 Grade 6 students islandswide will sit the Primary Exit Profile (PEP) Ability Test examination today, May 26, 2021.

The test comprises of 40 quantitative and verbal reasoning multiple choice questions. The duration of the examination is an hour and fifteen minutes. Teachers across the 14 parishes have relentlessly prepared students through blended teaching approaches, some school, private entities and individuals hosted marathons and workshops to aid in the preparation, which has been severely hampered by the COVID pandemic.

When asked about the upcoming examination, most students shared a feeling of excitement yet lingering nervousness. We trust that the students will remain focus and apply what the have garnered throughout the execution of the test and that their efforts will be enough for them to excel in the Ability Test and progress to their school of choice.
